Below is a basic breakdown of benefits: Benefits provided are: $150,000 for accidental loss of: life, two or more members (hands or feet), sight of both eyes, speech and hearing or any combination thereof, or $75,000 for accidental loss of: one member, sight of one eye, speech or hearing, or $37,500 for the accidental loss of the thumb and index finger of the same hand.
